24 million work hours without a lost-time injury — 10 million at Energía Costa Azul, 14 million in Hong Kong. Both were under my direct accountability, and on both I set up the client-led safety programme before FID and then implemented it through execution. This is not a total across every project on this page. It is the record on the two where the safety system was mine to design and mine to deliver.
